Hey, I’m Angelle!
Florist, Believer, RomanticA true artist at heart in all things! You can find me piecing together puzzles, reading, curating niche music playlists, making Pinterest shuffles, cooking, watching early 2000s rom-coms, making custom paper menus for just-because dinner parties and of course designing flowers! I am married to love of my life, Wyatt, and we have a golden retriever girl, Lady May! God is truly the head of my business, and I have been completely humbled to witness Him faithfully guide me through over 8 years of my dream career. When you hire me, you hire Him, and we will work together to design and pray over all of your wedding blooms!
My Design Philosophy
At Angelle’s Floral, I believe that each bouquet (and every other wedding design) should reflect the couple that is being celebrated that day unmistakably. God has created every single floral variety so intentionally and uniquely, that it leaves me in awe to consider how much intention went into creating each of His sons and daughters. It is my hope and privilege to reflect that intention in every single wedding my team and I touch.
SOME FUN FACTS ABOUT ME:
✿ My favorite color is green! My grandpa and great grandpa immigrated here from Ireland, so besides the fact that it feels calming and natural, I love that it reminds me of the sacrifices that got me here.
✿ Thanks to my husband, I’ve garnered quite the expensive taste in whiskey. I also love any kind of coconut/dark chocolate/cinnamon decaf latte, blueberry matcha, green juice (yep- give me all of the kale, apple, spinach, celery, cucumber and I will be your best friend!), spicy margarita, or a nice glass of almost any Malbec red wine.
✿ On one side of the family I have cajun roots, and I had the privilege of spending a summer living with my great grandma Ruby, who taught me all of her best recipes- including her famous gumbo.
✿ I truly listen to just about any kind of music! Some of my favorites are jazz, oldies, bluegrass, reggae, early 2000s, acoustic and a whole lot of Olivia Dean.
✿ Flowers are my passion, but my greatest joy is my love for Jesus – whether that’s through helping a couple create their dream wedding florals for their marriage covenant with God or reading my Bible every night and discovering His character + plans for me. The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God remains forever. - Isaiah 40:8
