01. SEND AN INQUIRY

Once I receive the list of information I need to curate a custom quote for you, I’ll send back a complete price breakdown, including options that are within your budget utilizing savvy ways to maximize investment. I will dream up ideas to make sure every suitable ceremony arrangement is repurposed and will create the best reception floral plan for you!

02. WE’LL ADJUST YOUR QUOTE TO YOUR VISION

Through email or SMS messages, we will settle on the best quote option for your vision, answer any questions you may have, and discuss color scheme/style. I will send over photo examples and guides as needed to aid you throughout this process.

03. BOOK & SECURE YOUR DATE

Once you feel content with a quote and express that you would like to sign, we will move forward with a contract and then a retainer invoice will be sent to your email to secure your date. The contract is flexible with changes, as I understand many aspects will change and shift throughout wedding planning.

04. FLORAL MOODBOARD & THE BIG DAY!

Closer to your wedding date, approximately 60 days out, I will send over a custom crafted floral mood board detailing color scheme, specific floral varieties, and inspiration for each floral piece. If needed, I will fine tune and edit the board based on your feedback until it is perfect in your eyes. Next, we will adjust any pieces needed and accommodate floorplan or guest count changes. Then, once the mood board is set and all questions are answered, I will collect final payment and officially order your wedding florals. At last, my team and I will design all of your custom pieces and set up your special day that we’ve been dreaming up together!
